Attention Coaches and Parents,

MGSA’s foremost priority is the health and safety of our players, coaches, trainers, volunteers and their families. In light of the recent events pertaining to the COVID-19 health issue, we have been closely following Health Canada publications and warnings.

Falling in line with other organizations, the MGSA Board has made the decision, effective immediately, to suspend ALL Softball activities for our league which includes ALL team training sessions, events and any get together which are deemed “softball” related, until April 6th. At that time, we will review and determine whether we can recommence. We ask that you forward this notice to all your team parents/guardians immediately.

We are working closely with the Town of Milton and they have agreed to not charge the MGSA for gym time not used during this time, as they recognize the severity of this matter .

Please note that this is a mandatory pause as we need everyone’s help to deal with this pandemic, with hopes that teams will be back training as soon as possible.
