This grant provides grants to athletes from families facing financial barriers so they can participate in registered sport programs and experience the lifelong benefits of a season of softball.

Eliminating Barriers funding is available only for girls registered to play softball with Milton Girls Softball Incorporated. 

Applicants should be able to demonstrate financial need. A request can support an athlete's registration fees, rep fees and/or uniform costs. 

The maximum amount for each girl will be variable depending on number of requests. All payments will be made to the treasurer of the team or MGSI organization.
